ELECTRIC METAL SPRAYING

The electrically charged two fibres continuously advanced reach together in a specially designed pistol, melt and this vaporised melt is jetted to the surface by compressed air.

Advantage:

• quick and cost saving
• any wire can be posed on any metal, concrete, plastic (e.g. bronze on carbon steel, zinc on PVC)
• due to low heat dissipatement there is no deformation and structural changes
• high sticking strength

Application:

• worn bearing houses, gliding and slipping bearings, pistons, cylinders, "O" - rings positions, hydraulic stems, etc.
• un-dimensioned, badly milled parts
• protection against corrosion (aluminium, zinc, stainless steels)
• formation of wear resistant surfaces
• making rough surfaces
